Wabi Sabi

There's a new favorite book in town: a richly illustrated, sparely and artfully told story of unexpected beauty, Wabi Sabi. Author Mark Reibstein and illustrator Ed Young combine poetry and collage to weave together a story everyone in your family will appreciate.

We're big fans of Caldecott Medal-winner Young's work anyway, and this book doesn't disappoint. The richly colored illustrations will entice the youngest readers, and the message about about simple beauty is a good reminder for the rest of us.

This is a book you'll keep for a long, long time.
